Nobuo Uematsu goes to Australia on September, 2024!

Nobuo Uematsu, composer of FINAL FANTASY series and many other game music, will hold his first overseas performance of Nobuo Uematsu conTIKI SHOW in Australia!

The live performance will include a solo performance by Nobuo Uematsu himself & a live band performance by Nobuo Uematsu’s band. His solo performance will feature music from Modulation - FINAL FANTASY Arrangement Album, a record album that he handled everything from arrangement to mixing all by himself for the first time, just released on November 9, 2022. Band will play vocal songs from FINAL FANTASY series such as Suteki da ne and Melodies of Life. Also reading of Story of Blic-0, an original work that Nobuo Uematsu wrote both the story and the music will be performed for the first time overseas.

FINAL FANTASY® XIV music returns to the US and Europe with premiere shows in Las Vegas (Sunday, July 30, 2023) and London (Monday, October 23, 2023). Join FINAL FANTASY XIV Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida alongside Sound Director and Composer Masayoshi Soken in enjoying the majestic and powerful soundtrack performed live on stage with more than 100 musicians, singers and soloists, with memorable moments from the game projected on a giant screen.

About Naoki Yoshida (Producer and Director)

Naoki Yoshida is the global Producer and Director of FINAL FANTASY XIV. He took over production of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn in 2010 with a complete overhaul that included a new graphics engine, user interface, and server structure. Simply put, the game was rebuilt from the ground up to appeal to a modern MMO audience. In addition to his responsibilities for FINAL FANTASY® XIV Online, Yoshida also oversees his division as Vice President of Creative Business Unit III, and in 2018 Yoshida was appointed as a member of the SQUARE ENIX Board of Directors. Yoshida began his career at SQUARE ENIX in 2005, where he eventually became the head of the DRAGON QUEST: Monster Battle Road series, as well as a game designer of Dragon Quest X in its early stages.

About Masayoshi Soken (Sound Director and Composer)

Masayoshi Soken is a sound director and composer at SQUARE ENIX. A multi-talented sound creator, he handles everything from the music, sound effects and dialogue to the overall sound design of games; he has his hand in every sound that emanates from the games that he works on. Masayoshi Soken has received widespread acclaim for his work on the FINAL FANTASY® XIV Online Original Soundtrack series, a continuing series of “interactive” soundtracks created using high-resolution audio. About Jason Charles Miller (Vocal Artist)

Jason Charles Miller is a critically acclaimed and highly accomplished singer, musician and voice actor.  His own musical compositions have been featured on such TV shows as True Blood, The NFL Today, The Deadliest Catch, Wicked Tuna, WWE Smackdown, AEW Dynamite, The Legend of Vox Machina and Critical Role. Video game soundtrack enthusiasts would recognize Jason’s singing voice from the theme song for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers, from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’s ‘Rules of Nature’ and multiple songs in Cyberpunk 2077.  He is also the singing voice of Ra’s Al Ghul in D.C. Superhero Girls. Jason has written songs with Billy Ray Cyrus, Rickey Medlocke [Lynyrd Skynyrd], Charlie Starr [Blackberry Smoke], Ben Moody [Evanescence] and has been awarded 2 gold records (for the Queen of the Damned and The Punisher soundtracks) and 1 platinum record, (for co-writing the song ‘Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’ for Disney’s Teen Beach Movie).  He is also widely recognized as the founder of the rock band Godhead and has toured around the world opening for Linkin’ Park, Disturbed, Slipknot, Rammstein and Ozzy Osbourne.
