Terms and conditions of use

The Terms and Conditions of Use below are systematically available to every buyer who wish to order on our website. Consequently, by placing an order, the buyer implies complete compliance with these terms and conditions of use. The below translated version is for your reference only. In case of any litigation, the French version shall prevail in any cases.

ARTICLE 1 : PRICE AND NUMBER OF SEATS

1.1 All prices are given in Euro, with all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping charges as stated in Article 5.
1.2 Different prices can be available according to the event. If group tickets are available, a minimum of number of tickets, determined by the event promoter, must be purchased in order to benefit from discounted price.
1.3 For some events,  you will receive voucher instead of ticket, at the request of the event promoter. In that case, voucher must be exchanged for ticket at the venue entrance 30 minutes before the beginning of the show.
1.4 La Fée Sauvage reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders.  
1.5 Event tickets remain the promoter's property until full and final collection of payment by La Fée Sauvage.
1.6 The order must be paid in Euro, regardless of its origin.

ARTICLE 2 : AVAILABILITY

2.1 La Fée Sauvage is committed to stop online pre-sales as soon as they will be informed that no tickets are available any more.
2.2 If your order can not be fulfilled due to seats unavailability, La Fée Sauvage is committed to refund the total amount paid for the booking, including processing and shipping charges, as well as the buyers' shipping fees.

ARTICLE 3 : PAYMENT

3.1 Online pre-sales sold by La Fée Sauvage can be shipped no later than 7 days before the beginning of event, as attested by the date on the postmark. Consequently, if you wish to order a ticket within 7 days before the event, we advise you to order it through one of our partner network (Ticketnet, France Billet, ...) or receive your ticket at the venue on the day of the event.
3.2 Pre-order can be paid only by Credit Card. Please note that tickets will be shipped only after the reception of the confirmation of payment.
3.3 La Fee Sauvage can not be held liable for any shipping delay. Notice of shipment can be sent to you on request if you wish to submit a claim to the postal system.

ARTICLE 4 PERSONNAL DATA

4.1 According to the Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, you have at any time, a right of access to and rectification of all of your personal data which can be exercise by writing at La Fée Sauvage – 8 rue de la Galmy - 77 700 - Chessy - France, with your name and address.
4.2 If you wish to gain access to your personal data recorded by La Fée Sauvage, please write to La Fée Sauvage – 8 rue de la Galmy - 77 700 - Chessy - France, with your name and address.
4.3 You may receive offers or Newsletter from La Fée Sauvage or its partner, through mail or email. If you prefer not to be contacted by us, you can request to be removed from our e-mail or mailing lists at any time by sending us a request at La Fée Sauvage – 8 rue de la Galmy - 77 700 - Chessy - France, with your name and address or by e-mail at info@wildfaery.com
4.4. We do not save any detail related to credit/debit card information used for payment in our database.

ARTICLE 5 : OBTAINING TICKET

5.1 All tickets are shipped by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Unless free shipping is specified, shipping and processing fees of 5€ for France and 10€ for other countries are applied.
5.2 Payment receipt and tickets are shipped to the shipping address entered on the order form (home address or an other address).
5.3 La Fee Sauvage can not be held liable for any shipping delay due to any reason, especially in case of postal workers strike. If you encounter difficulties to receive your order, we advise you to contact and submit a claim to the postal service. You can receive the notice of shipment on request at info@wildfaery.com

ARTICLE 6 CANCELATION AND REFUND

6.1 An event ticket can not be reimburse, exchanged or resold (Regulation of 27 June 1919): no refund, exchange or cancellation request will be accepted after the payment of the order, except if the event is cancelled.
6.2 In case of cancellation or change of date, time or venue, La Fée Sauvage can use contact details given at the time of the order to inform the customers the procedure to follow.
6.3 In case of cancellation of the event, ticket will be reimbursed if less than half the show was performed, excluding processing and shipping fees.  
6.4 In the event of a deferred event, the client can choose between the new date or time and reimbursement of their ticket, excluding processing and shipping fees.

ARTICLE 8 : APPLICABLE LAW AND LITIGATION

Tickets sale provided in these terms are subjected to French Law. In the event of litigation, the French courts will be only qualified.
